Irvine Company Apartment Communities is seeking a Sr. Leasing Manager in Irvine, CA to lead the Centralized Leasing Center, optimizing occupancy and revenue across the portfolio.

The role drives strategy, coaching, data analytics, and execution in a fast-paced inside sales environment. The position requires 5+ years in sales, 2+ years leading a team, and willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in a sales environment.
• 2+ years experience managing a team.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as the business requires.

Responsibilities

• Lead Centralized Leasing Center to optimize performance and occupancy across the region.
• Hire, onboard, review timecards, and schedule Leasing associates.
• Drive occupancy and revenue goals with data-driven pricing and promotions.
• Provide weekly coaching and development for the Leasing Center staff.
• Report and forecast performance with analytics and executive summaries for senior leadership.
• Monitor market conditions and inform leasing strategies.
• Oversee contact center operations and ensure SLA goals are met; support QA processes.
