Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities seeks a Leasing Associate to support the Leasing function of the Customer Resource Center. You will engage prospects by phone, email and online chat to set appointments and move them toward leasing a home within our portfolio.

You will input all activity into company databases, stay informed on promotions, maintain high service standards, and work in a team to exceed sales goals while delivering excellent resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma from an accredited institution.
• 1-2 years of directly related experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and extremely detail-oriented.
• Self-starter, ability to work independently.
• Demonstrate leadership, initiative, and professionalism.
• Ability to adapt to additional job functions as the department expands.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales by phone, e-mail and online chat.
• Engage, Discover, Build Value, and Advance with each prospect and follow up.
• Display integrity and professionalism with residents and prospects.
• Provide information on communities and services to generate leases.
• Input activities into databases (Pivotal/PCIC, One Site, Interactive Pricing Application).
• Communicate benefits and features of the ICAC portfolio.
• Stay up to date with promotions/leasing incentives.
• Work in a team environment to exceed customer expectations and sales goals.
• Provide accurate information and fulfill reasonable requests.
• Maintain company customer service and sales standards.
