• Prior leasing and sales experience (1–3 years)

• Ability to handle objections and negotiate
• Detail oriented with time management and multitasking ability
• Hospitality background preferred
• Positive team player and self-starter
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Regulations preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with prospective residents
• Conduct regular market research on local rental trends and pricing
• Coordinate and conduct property tours for prospective residents
• Generate leads through referrals, outreach, and partnerships
• Oversee lease administration, including preparation, renewal, and termination
• Manage advertising budgets and evaluate marketing initiatives
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
• Manage social media platforms and engage with residents
• Respond to reviews, solicit and manage monthly surveys
• Weekly audits of ILS to ensure accuracy (Property Website, Apartments.com, Zillow, Google)
• Prepare regular reports on leasing activity, occupancy, marketing effectiveness, and financial performance
• Screen prospective residents with background checks, credit evaluations and rental history
• Organize promotional events, open houses, and community outreach
• Build positive relationships with residents and address needs promptly
