Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a Leasing Agent to guide prospects through tour-to-move-in processes and close leases. You will highlight property features to meet resident needs and drive occupancy with creative marketing strategies.

You will collaborate with teammates to host resident events, manage filings, and support delinquent rent collection while ensuring a clean, welcoming property environment. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Strength in sales/leasing/closing.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing process from tour to move-in and close the sale.
• Understand property features and relate them to resident needs.
• Market the property via online posts, social media, and outreach marketing.
• Support occupancy and retention by following up with prospects and residents.
• Handle unpredictable situations with problem-solving and good judgment.
• Maintain knowledge of property and competitors to answer questions accurately.
• Build relationships with residents and respond to their needs promptly.
• Prepare lease documents, resident files, applications, and related bookkeeping tasks.
• Plan and organize resident events with teammates.
• Assist with delinquent rent collections as needed.
• Inspect and maintain property areas for cleanliness and curb appeal daily.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
