Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Weymouth, MA. You will show, lease, and welcome prospective residents while executing marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy.

You’ll handle applications, guide move-ins, and deliver superior service to residents. This role demands organization, strong communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced multifamily environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus (e.g. knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).
• Tech Proficiency: Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus.

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
• Process maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
