Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant to help achieve high occupancy at our communities. You will present properties and amenities to prospective tenants and guide applicants through the rental process.

The role requires strong communication, marketing and sales skills, plus knowledge of real estate leasing practices. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English, orally and in writing.
• Basic arithmetic skills required.
• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of real estate laws and leasing practices.

Responsibilities

• Aim for near-100% occupancy by presenting the property and amenities to prospective tenants.
• Prepare occupancy reports.
• Advertise available units using varied media and materials.
• Assess needs and financial viability of prospective customers.
• Confirm rental application data and references.
• Stay knowledgeable about surrounding properties and local market conditions.
• Attend mandatory meetings and seminars; perform site errands as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Manager and/or TMAM Management.
