KPM Property Management, LLC seeks a friendly Leasing Consultant to be the first contact for prospective tenants, presenting properties and guiding applicants through the leasing process with professionalism. You will support occupancy goals and coordinate with managers to ensure resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes sales in a hospitality-like environment with emphasis on follow-up, documentation, and teamwork across maintenance and management to deliver an exceptional living experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in sales, leasing, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional phone and email presence.
• Basic computer skills (email, calendars, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
• Availability to work Saturdays and occasional evenings during peak leasing season.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage potential renters; provide detailed information about available properties and leasing terms.
• Conduct property tours to showcase amenities and unit features to prospective tenants.
• Assist applicants with the leasing process, including completing applications and preparing lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lease documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams to ensure timely resolution of tenant requests and property upkeep.
• Hit leasing targets and contribute to occupancy goals.
