Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and meet leasing and financial goals for the community. You will manage resident interactions, tours, and communications to maintain high satisfaction and performance.

You will collaborate with the Community Director, uphold fair housing standards, and engage residents through events and outreach to maximize occupancy and retention.

Qualifications

• 1 year of multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Previous Leasing experience preferred.
• Customer Experience Specialists or related fields encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience working with a team to meet success.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to all residents and create a welcoming environment.
• Abides by federal fair housing standards and laws.
• Develop professional skills through continual growth and learning.
• Embodies company policies and represents the company to residents, vendors, and owners.
• Operates computers and on-site technology.
• Greets residents and maintains a neat office; serves as main contact.
• Completes prospective resident tours showcasing the property.
• Resolves issues promptly with a focus on customer service.
• Responds to after-hours issues to ensure resident safety and satisfaction.
• Drives property performance via resident events, marketing, and retention.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
