Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator, Client Lead to manage global lease administration programs and client relationships. You will oversee schedules, reports, and governance while coordinating with internal teams and external partners in a remote-capable environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of CRE lease experience, strong data governance, and proficiency with Lease databases and MS Office. This role supports diverse accounts with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.

Competenze

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Familiarity with lease administration processes, contracts and client governance.
• Experience with multi-site/global accounts and complex billing/costs.

Mansioni

• Serve as main point of contact for clients and stakeholders on global lease matters.
• Maintain client contracts and ensure accurate data in WorkTrac and related systems.
• Prepare and present portfolio updates, metrics and performance reports.
