Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator, Client Lead to manage complex lease administration for midsized to large accounts within a global framework. You will coordinate client governance, reporting, and communications with stakeholders across regions.

The role emphasizes remote work from various locations, handling client contracts, billing, and performance metrics while collaborating with Landlords and tenants to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or accounting.
• Experience with global accounts and 1,000+ leases is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lease contracts, billing, and client service processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main touchpoint for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration.
• Understand client objectives, real estate portfolio strategy, and service expectations.
• Maintain lease details: scope, fee structures, billing, and contract data in WorkTrac.
• Lead regular client reviews and portfolio updates with key metrics and reports.
• Develop and maintain governance programs like reporting cadences and business reviews.
• Track expirations, option dates, and critical lease information.
