Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst - RENT to manage Lease Administration for medium to large accounts, often global, with emphasis on rent presentment and payment activities. You will oversee data integrity, client governance, and performance reporting across a distributed team.

You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring contract compliance, timely billing, and accurate financial statements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with global accounts and multiple leases.
• Familiarity with US GAAP (ASC 842) and IFRS 16.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain understanding of client lease agreements and billing terms.
• Manage lease data in WorkTrac and related systems.
• Prepare portfolio updates, metrics, and reports for clients.
• Oversee vendor management and lease accounting processes.
