Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Eight years of work experience or equivalent in instructional design, training, or education with knowledge of the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of learning design, instructional methods, and training techniques.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate evaluation, enhancement and maintenance of learning courses, materials, and related resources.
• Organize and catalog training materials for effective use.
• Conduct needs analyses with business leaders to identify learning needs and gaps.
• Design and develop curricula, certifications, and blended learning programs.
• Lead training delivery and ensure alignment with quality and compliance reviews.
• Partner with leadership to update materials and build new curricula as needed.
• Establish measures to evaluate training effectiveness.
