Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Finance, or Business or related field.
• 3+ years delivering live, instructor-led training in person and virtual formats.
• 3+ years developing and designing learning resources.
• 3+ years of experience with PowerPoint.
• 3+ years of experience with program management.

Responsibilities

• Consult with business leaders to diagnose gaps and recommend practical solutions.
• Lead complex learning products from intake through design, development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Design curricula, learning journeys, facilitator guides, job aids, simulations, and digital learning.
