Job summary

Capital One’s Enterprise Learning & Development team seeks a Principal Associate, Learning Consultant to deliver high-impact educational solutions for Credit College. You will partner with business leaders to translate intent into effective learning experiences, using iterative, stakeholder-focused methods across teams to drive performance improvements.

The ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise with strategic business consulting, collaborating with SMEs to keep curricula

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in adult learning and development.
• At least 1 year of experience in client consulting.
• 3+ years of experience in adult learning and development (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in client consulting (preferred).
• 1+ year of experience in project or program management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Strategic liaison with instructional designers and delivery partners to align learning with business needs.
• Conduct performance gap analyses to scope opportunities for credit content.
• Monitor execution to ensure learning programs achieve defined impact goals.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to maintain an accurate, pedagogically sound curriculum.
