Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Learning Program Manager / Account Lead in Detroit to ensure client satisfaction by building strong relationships and aligning projects with client goals. You will coordinate resources across internal teams and partners to meet agreed deliverables and timelines.

You’ll manage client deliverables, draft preliminary budgets, and present progress reports while keeping projects on time and within budget. Travel to client sites and Socket.dev offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite including MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint required

Responsibilities

• Act as the “connector” between client, internal teams and partners
• Act as primary liaison with client upper management and maintain positive working relationships to understand customer’s goals, objectives, and direction
• Communicates alignment between projects and account or client-level initiatives, proactively identifies opportunities
• Demonstrate a holistic understanding of and ability to articulate GP's profile, offerings, and value proposition for all GP operating groups
• Proactively develop creative solution proposals based on a thorough understanding of customers’ business processes
• Lead and facilitate meetings with internal resources and client meetings
• Travel to and work in the company’s office to attend meetings or travel to the client’s office for meetings
• Manage a few direct reports
• Continuous education regarding learning and development industry trends
