Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Learning Program Manager to shape and deliver learning strategies that drive business performance. You will partner with leaders to identify capability gaps, diagnose performance challenges, and design solutions that measurably improve outcomes.

As the single point of accountability, you will own learning initiatives from strategy to delivery—consulting, influencing, and delivering results through learning across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, performance consulting, or related roles.
• Proven experience leading and delivering complex learning programs end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership with leaders to translate goals into learning and performance strategies.
• Performance Analysis & Solutioning to diagnose root causes of gaps and propose interventions.
• End‑to‑End Program Ownership as the single point of contact for learning initiatives.
