Socket.dev in Michigan is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead initiatives from initiation to completion, including a data lake and CRM migration. You will plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget, aligning with company goals and stakeholder expectations.

You will coordinate internal teams and external vendors, apply risk management, and maintain comprehensive project documentation while driving continuous process improvements and value for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, information systems, or a related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of proven project management experience with technical expertise.
• Experience leading data migration or CRM migration projects.
• Experience with system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with project management software (Smartsheet).

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for flawless execution.
• Maintain project plans using Smartsheet.
• Prioritize tasks and delegate work.
• Ensure quality control of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress and take corrective actions as needed.
• Drive on-time and on-budget completion.
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
