Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a project manager to lead end-to-end fleet support service implementations for clients in the United States. You will develop and manage implementation plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and monitor milestones and deliverables while proactively addressing risks to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Requires minimum of 5 years in client consulting or project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally for on-site client implementation meetings or industry events.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of client fleet support services implementations.
• Develop and manage implementation plans and cross-functional coordination.
• Track milestones and deliverables, address risks or issues affecting timelines.
• Provide project status updates to clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate new account activations, transfers, and changes.
• Maintain expertise on current products and service offerings.
• Create and maintain client documents, flowcharts, and training materials.
• Educate clients and associates on service implementation best practices.
