Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Manager of Client Success for our Central Region. In this hands-on leadership role, you will manage a high-performing team focused on client experiences, retention, and revenue growth.

You will collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Legal to maximize client value and align success strategies with business goals in a fast-paced digital advertising environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in advertising/ad tech/digital media with client services or media sales background.
• 2+ years of team management experience with hiring, mentoring and scaling talent.
• Experience managing large-scale strategic accounts and multi-million dollar budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 4-6 person Client Success team with coaching and learning culture.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients, guiding them to business goals with data-driven media strategies.
• Drive client growth through retention, upsell opportunities, and proactive issue resolution.
