Job summary

Progressive Insurance is seeking a senior learning process specialist to support the CRM Learning Design team. The role focuses on improving how teams plan, manage, and deliver work across projects, using data and dashboards to drive leadership decisions.

This remote position includes occasional travel to Mayfield Village, Ohio, for headquarters meetings. You will clarify complex processes, support process improvement, change management, and governance, and analyze portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of six years of relevant work experience in adult learning and/or administration, business process or systems, instructional design, performance improvement or organizational development experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of three years of relevant work experience in adult learning and/or administration, business process or systems, instructional design, performance improvement or organizational development experience

Responsibilities

• Support process improvement, change management, operational governance, and portfolio analysis to clarify complex processes
• Use data, reporting, and visualization tools to provide insights that support leadership decision-making and improve visibility into work in progress
