Job summary

Veracity Insurance is seeking a Senior Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. This remote role collaborates with leaders, SMEs, and employees to assess learning and performance needs, recommend effective solutions, and lead complex initiatives from discovery through evaluation.

Success means diagnosing root causes of performance challenges, leading complex work with limited oversight, and strengthening the team’s practice through coaching and cross-training while building credible

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of progressive experience in learning and development or related fields.
• Experience translating business needs into practical learning solutions.
• Ability to lead initiatives from discovery through evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and SMEs to identify business goals and skill gaps.
• Conduct needs analyses and design the right mix of learning support.
• Lead complex L&D programs from discovery to implementation.
• Design and facilitate learning solutions across in-person, virtual, and digital formats.
• Establish success metrics and evaluate impact using data and feedback.
• Support changes by assessing knowledge readiness and enabling adoption.
• Create reusable knowledge resources and leverage AI-enabled tools.
• Share expertise and cross-train within the L&D team.
• Develop knowledge of Veracity’s business and audiences to stay credible.
• Manage multiple priorities and communicate progress and risks.
