Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation seeks a Senior Learning Systems Administrator to manage Workday Learning, deliver analytics, and automate processes. You will support governance, data integrity, and enterprise learning initiatives across the organization, partnering with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in learning systems.

The role emphasizes migrations, integrations, and reporting, with a remote-friendly setup and collaboration across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Five+ years of experience administering an LMS in a complex/enterprise environment.
• Experience administering Workday Learning is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of LMS configuration, enrollment rules, learning records, testing, and governance.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data extracts for compliance and operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting data integrity issues.
• Experience with system integrations, automation, AI tools, or workflow tools like Power Automate is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday Learning content, settings, campaigns, enrollments, and completion logic.
• Validate transcripts and troubleshoot completion/reporting issues.
• Promote content from Sandbox to Production and support admins and content owners.
• Respond to learning-related tickets and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop and maintain Workday Learning reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide governance and strategy input.
• Build Power Automate workflows for learning administration and automate approvals/notifications.
• Lead content migrations and integrations, coordinate testing and deployments.
• Evaluate and manage learning system integrations with vendors.
