Progressive is hiring a Lead Instructional Designer for the CRM Learning Design team. You will turn complex business needs into effective, accessible learning solutions, measure impact, and coach other designers to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Portfolio or work sample is required with application. This remote role requires occasional travel to Corporate Headquarters in Mayfield Village, Ohio, roughly once or twice per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years in instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design or performance improvement responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 3 years in instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, or performance improvement responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of multimodal learning experiences that meet business goals and accessibility standards.
• Measure learning impact and use insights to optimize outcomes.
• Coach and mentor other designers and collaborate with stakeholders to drive high-quality learning solutions.
