Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Senior Learning and Development Consultant to lead high-impact learning programs across instructor-led, virtual, digital, and blended formats. You will partner with business leaders and the People Team to diagnose gaps, design scalable learning experiences, and measure impact on readiness and performance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with vendors and stakeholders, using AI-enabled tools and data to improve access, scalability, and outcomes while aligning with LPL

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Finance, or Business (or equivalent).
• 3+ years delivering live, instructor-led training in person and virtually.
• 3+ years developing learning resources and using PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose performance and capability gaps with business partners and recommend practical solutions.
• Lead complex learning products from analysis through design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Design learner-centered curricula, learning journeys, facilitator guides, and digital learning.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, workshop, cohort, and train-the-trainer experiences.
• Create evaluation strategies and analyze knowledge results, adoption, and on-the-job performance.
