Job summary

Progressive is seeking a Senior Learning Process Specialist to support the CRM Learning Design team. You will help improve how teams plan, manage, and deliver work across its portfolio, clarifying complex processes with process improvement, change management, and governance.

You’ll use data and dashboards to provide insights for leadership decisions and visibility into work in progress. This is a remote position with occasional travel to Corporate Headquarters in Mayfield Village, Ohio, about

Qualifications

• : Experience in adult learning, administration, business process or systems, instructional design, performance improvement or organizational development
• : Minimum six years of relevant work experience in the stated domains
• : Alternative: Bachelor's degree or higher with at least three years in the same fields
