Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Senior Consultant, Learning and Development to lead the design, implementation, and management of learning initiatives. This role partners with HR leaders to support leaders, aspiring leaders, and teams, aligning programs with the enterprise mission and culture of Partner for Good.

The Senior Consultant will oversee development programs, measure outcomes, and drive communications to promote offerings across the organization, leveraging LMS and cultural best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in leadership development or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.
• Experience partnering with HR leaders to improve development programs.
• Knowledge of in-person, e-learning and classroom learning methods.
• Experience editing content and using storytelling for training materials.
• Proficient in SharePoint and LMS usage.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements learning and development programs and resources.
• Coaches leaders; translates learning principles into engaging content.
• Partners with HR leaders to ensure program alignment with org strategy.
• Measures program effectiveness and reports results.
• Manages multiple initiatives and priorities with strong project management.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration and knowledge transfer.
• Maintains program materials and intranet content.
