Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of work experience as an Instructional Designer.
• Extensive knowledge of best practices in creating instructional materials for adult education or corporate training.
• Knowledge and application of technology for learning: multimedia development, web conferencing, LMS, social networking, and online collaboration.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse management levels.
• Ability to consult with senior stakeholders, HR, and People Leaders with professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple complex leadership design projects with attention to detail.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Project, Excel, Articulate, Storyline and microlearning platforms.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for development and maintenance of documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a training solution partner with the Learning Development Consultant to define needs and design training solutions.
• Manages multiple instructional design projects and training programs concurrently.
• Designs effective and concise training content such as online modules, microlearning, instructor-led sessions, job aids, and tutorials.
• Supports onboarding, performance management, leadership development, and team engagement initiatives.
• Maintains Learning Management System administration and reporting (Workday or other LMS).
• Supports communications and maintenance of design initiatives within the Talent team.
