Job summary

Premier Health is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to lead system-wide leadership development initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on strategic learning design, consulting with leaders, and delivering scalable learning solutions that improve leadership capability and workforce performance.

You will mentor designers, partner with IT and HR, and champion innovative and evidence-based learning practices in a care-driven healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in instructional design, adult learning, organizational development, or related field.
• Master’s degree or advanced learning certifications preferred.
• ATD/CPTD/CPLP or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of learning programs aligned with organizational goals using ADDIE and SAM.
• Develop scalable e-learning, blended, and in-person learning experiences.
• Define learning strategies and incorporate AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies.
• Design and facilitate leadership onboarding and development journeys.
• Mentor instructional designers and uphold design standards.
