Job summary

Unlock Health is seeking a senior learning and development professional to own programs from diagnosis to delivery and continuous improvement. You will partner with senior leaders, design modern digital-first experiences, and measure impact with business outcomes.

You will lead AI-enabled learning initiatives, build skills-based pathways, and manage the learning ecosystem end-to-end. A hybrid role in the Chicago area offers opportunity to scale talent development across healthcare clients.

Qualifications

5-8+ years in learning and development or related field with program ownership from strategy to measurement.
Portfolio showing instructional design across formats and methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, backward design, design thinking).
Hands-on LMS/LXP experience with tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Camtasia, Synthesia, Vyond, Captivate.
Experience applying AI to content development, personalization, and analysis with responsible use.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders and HR to diagnose performance gaps and determine learning or other levers.
Design and build learning experiences across modalities, including digital modules and simulations.
Develop end-to-end content and assets: guides, materials, assessments, multimedia.
Operate as owner of learning ecosystem configuration, curation, and learner experience.
Measure impact with defined metrics and iterate based on results.
