Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with Learning and Development to define needs and design solutions.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects with strong attention to detail.
• Create online modules, microlearning, tutorials, and job aids for leaders.
• Maintain LMS content and reporting in Workday Learning.
• Support change efforts and drive adoption of training programs.
