Alpha is hiring a Senior Learning Experience Manager to build and lead high-performing Guides, coach them to exceed expectations, and drive an exceptional student experience. You will shape life-skills programs, use data to raise performance, and support opening new campuses across select markets.

This full-time role requires on-site work at Alpha campuses, a strong track record in education leadership, and willingness to build teams from zero while maintaining uncompromising standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people; hiring and performance decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Coaching Guides to deliver high-quality student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Lead life-skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch and establish new Alpha campuses with a culture of excellence and accountability.
