Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Manager to lead Guides, shape life-skills programs, and drive excellence across campuses. This role focuses on coaching, mentorship, and accountability to elevate student experiences.

You'll open new campuses, launch cultures of continuous improvement, and rely on data to raise performance. This is a full-time W-2 with relocation support and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or leadership.
• Experience leading five or more people and hiring/terminating decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to use data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience with K-12 or youth programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence and continuous improvement.
