Job summary

Alpha reimagines the school day with faster learning, stronger mentorship, and more time for students to build real-world skills. This Senior Learning Experience Manager role leads Guides, delivers engaging life skills experiences, and maintains uncompromising standards for student success across campuses.

Eligible candidates will have 5+ years in education/leadership, a Bachelor's in a related field (Master's preferred), and be willing to work on-site at Alpha campuses in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based decisions.
• Willingness to work on-site at an Alpha campus in the US (relocation support available).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in their self-directed academic programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
