Job summary

Alpha is seeking an Education Program Manager/Lead Guide to coach Guides, develop leaders, and create an environment where students consistently exceed expectations. This full-time, on-site role focuses on life skills coaching, performance-based leadership, and opening new campuses.

Responsibilities include leading engaging workshops, using data to drive performance, and maintaining uncompromising standards while inspiring the team to meet them.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people with hiring/termination decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences and uphold high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops developing communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
