Alpha is hiring an Education Program Manager to lead Guides, coach teams, and maintain Alpha’s uncompromising standards across campuses. You will build leaders, run life-skills workshops, and ensure students experience excellence in every interaction.

You’ll use data to drive performance, inspire others, and contribute to opening new campuses. This full-time role emphasizes on-site leadership and a commitment to bold new ideas in K-12 learning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in education, coaching, learning and development or related leadership role.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.

Responsabilités

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Lead life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
