Job summary

Alpha is hiring for an Education Program Manager who will lead a team of Guides, coach leaders, and build high-performing campuses.

This role focuses on coaching, life-skills workshops, and data-driven decision making to raise student experiences and outcomes.

Candidates should bring 5+ years in education or leadership, willingness to work on-site at multiple campuses, and a drive to open new schools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business or related field.
• At least 5 years in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people and making performance-based decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5–14 in educational, coaching, or development settings.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops developing communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch and establish new Alpha campuses with a culture of excellence and accountability.
