Alpha is hiring a Lead Guide to build and coach a high-performing team across select campuses. You will develop leaders, run life-skills workshops, and motivate students toward ambitious goals within a data-driven culture.

This is a full-time, on-site role with relocation support and competitive compensation. Alpha emphasizes a culture of excellence and continuous improvement as it expands its K-12 network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance management.
• Experience using data to drive performance improvements in education or related settings.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences and uphold Alpha's standards.
• Lead life skills workshops and develop real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Use data and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
