Alpha is hiring an Education Program Manager to lead a team of Guides and drive a transformative K-12 learning model. You will coach Guides, develop leaders, and create an environment where student experiences exceed expectations across multiple campuses.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, mentorship, and the launch of new Alpha campuses, requiring leadership experience and a passion for innovative education.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in an educational, coaching, or developmental setting.
• Willingness to open a new campus from zero and help launch new initiatives.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in their self-directed programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
