Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Manager to coach Guides, lead life-skills workshops, and drive student outcomes across multiple campuses. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, leadership of five+ staff, and launching new campuses with a high-expectation culture.

The position is on-site at Alpha campuses with relocation support. Ideal candidates will have a strong education or coaching background and a passion for reimagining K-12 learning models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership role.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based termination decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5–14 in educational, coaching, or developmental setting.
• Experience launching or building a new team, program, or campus.
• Willingness to work in a school model that rejects traditional lecture-based pedagogy.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in self-directed programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence and continuous improvement.
