Job summary

Crossover, partnering with Alpha School, seeks a Senior Learning Experience Manager to build high-performing Guides, coach leaders, and deliver impactful life-skills experiences. The role focuses on coaching, accountability, and data-informed improvement to ensure students consistently achieve ambitious goals.

The position involves launching and supporting new campuses, leading workshops, and maintaining uncompromising standards across a growing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years in education, coaching, or related leadership role.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people.
• Data-driven performance improvement experience.
• Experience with children ages 5-14 in educational/ coaching settings.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha’s standards.
• Lead life-skills workshops developing communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Support launch of new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
