Zusammenfassung

Alpha is seeking a Lead Guide to build and lead high-performing teams across campuses, coaching Guides and developing leaders to sustain a culture of excellence in life skills coaching. You will hire, mentor, and evaluate Guides while shaping coaching strategies to drive student outcomes and campus growth.

You will collaborate with campus leaders to open new sites, ensuring rigorous standards and data-informed decisions guide every action.

Qualifikationen

• Willingness to work on-site at an Alpha campus (relocation support available)
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in coaching, education, learning and development, or a related leadership role
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and making performance-based termination decisions
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in an educational, coaching, or developmental setting
• Experience building or launching a new team, program, business, school, or initiative, with willingness to help open a new campus from zero
• Willingness to work in a school model that rejects traditional lecture-based pedagogy
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Aufgaben

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in their self-directed academic programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
