Alpha seeks a dynamic Youth Education Manager (Lead Guide) to coach guides, lead life-skills workshops, and inspire students toward ambitious goals. This full-time role emphasizes data-driven coaching, accountability, and creating environments that maximize student growth across multiple campuses.

Based on leadership experience in education, you will help open new campuses and raise performance standards while ensuring a culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business or related field is required or preferred.
• Master's degree is a plus and may be preferred for leadership role.
• Experience using data to drive performance improvements and decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Lead life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
