Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Education Program Manager to lead a team of Guides, develop leaders, and build high-performing life-skills programs across campuses. The role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and data-informed decision making to raise student outcomes.

Responsibilities include launching new sites, mentoring Guides, and maintaining uncompromising standards while driving ambitious growth in K-12 learning. This is a senior, full-time leadership position with relocation options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and termination decisions based on performance.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational, coaching, or developmental settings.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in self-directed academic programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
