Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Education Program Manager to lead Guides, drive life-skills programs, and scale campus openings across a growing K-12 network. The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven leadership, and building an uncompromising culture of excellence.

You will recruit and develop leaders, launch new campuses, and ensure exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's high standards. This is a full-time W2 role with relocation support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based termination decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in an educational, coaching, or developmental setting.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in their self-directed academic programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
