Job summary

Alpha is recruiting a Lead Guide to build and coach high-performing Guides, fostering an environment of excellence and accountability across campuses. You will design life-skills workshops, motivate students, and drive data-informed improvements to student outcomes.

This full-time role emphasizes leadership over traditional classroom teaching, with relocation support and benefits as part of a comprehensive compensation package. You’ll help open new campuses and scale an ambitious K-12 model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences and maintain Alpha's high standards.
• Lead engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence and accountability.
