Qualifications

• Three years of instructional design or educational content development experience.
• Experience designing scalable learning solutions (classroom, virtual, online).
• Proficient with Storyline, Captivate, HTML5, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops training curricula, materials, and job aids for various delivery modes.
• Uses adult learning principles and appropriate technologies to achieve outcomes.
• Collaborates with trainers and SMEs to evaluate and improve solutions.
• Establishes tracking to measure business results from learning initiatives.
• Provides consulting to align learning solutions with business goals.
