BRG is seeking a Sr. Learning & Development Specialist in Washington, DC for a hybrid in-office/remote position.

The role leads design, development, and execution of firm-wide training programs to enhance employee development in alignment with organizational goals. The candidate will manage training logistics, create materials, and partner with leaders and SMEs to meet training needs while supporting compliance and performance initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of learning & development experience.
• Experience designing instructor-led trainings.
• Workday Learning experience preferred.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage time/priorities.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders.
• Experience leading change management.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Define, develop, and refine L&D programs, curricula, and processes.
• Coordinate and facilitate trainings (in-person, train-the-trainer, virtual, e-learning) including logistics.
• Create and analyze employee surveys to evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Design engaging learning experiences (classroom, e-learning, blended).
• Create and maintain program materials (slides, outlines, handouts).
• Partner with leaders to assess needs and set objectives for training.
• Collaborate with internal SMEs on ad-hoc training needs and delivery methods.
• Assist HR with performance management, recruiting, inclusivity initiatives.
• Support compliance training in Workday Learning with Legal/HR/Communications.
• Build a portfolio of learning programs and training paths.
• Oversee Continuing Professional Education resources.
• Mentor junior L&D team members.
