VCU Health in Richmond seeks a Senior Training Specialist to drive system‑wide training initiatives. You will design and evaluate programs, advise leadership on education strategies, and partner with the Training and Development Manager on needs assessments.

You will also develop curricula, market events, and arrange delivery while evaluating outcomes. Bi-weekly New Employee Orientation will be facilitated.

Qualifications

• Five years of general HR experience or two years in training and staff development.
• Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, HR Management, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in related fields.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple training projects and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and evaluate system-wide training and development programs.
• Advise management on planning and developing training to meet organizational goals.
• Collaborate to conduct training/educational needs assessments.
• Develop curriculum/learning plans and program content.
• Market, deliver, or arrange delivery of training and evaluate results.
• Facilitate New Employee Orientation on a bi-weekly basis.
