Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, training, or related field is required.
• SHRM-CP/SHRMSCP certification is preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering adult learning programs is essential.
• Proven ability to evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvements.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills in classroom settings.
• Proficiency with LMS and multimedia training tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervisory, leadership, and professional development programs.
• Design, implement, and evaluate training materials and programs.
• Coordinate and track trainings within the LMS for internal and external trainings.
• Provide coaching and development support to staff and managers.
• Develop budgets and resources for training initiatives.
• Oversee new hire orientation and probationary training compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to address program deficiencies and outcomes.
• Deliver educational programs to enhance quality of life for individuals served.
