• Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, HR Management, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Five years HR general experience or two years in training and staff development.
• SPHR or PHR preferred for hire and ongoing employment.

• Design, implement and evaluate system-wide training and development programs for VCUHS employees and leaders.
• Advise management on planning and developing training and educational programs.
• Develop curriculum/learning plans, markets events, delivers or arranges training, and evaluates results.
